(x)/(y)- rational\ number\\\\2x-2=y\\\\ (x)/(2x-2)- rational \ number\\\\ (x+3)/(2x-2+3)=(2)/(3)\\\\Cross\ multiplication\\\\3(x+3)=2(2x-2+3)\\\\3x+9=2(2x+1)\\\\3x+9=4x+2\\\\3x-4x=2-9\\\\-x=-7\ |*(-1)\\\\x=7\\\\Original \ number\ is\ (7)/(2*7-2)=(7)/(12)
