$(188)/(13) = (59)/(z) =\ \textgreater \ z= (13*59)/(188) =4,079...$
So the problem it's wrong...sorry...

118/13=59/z

Use cross multiplication:
118*z= 59*13
⇒ 118*z= 767
⇒ z= 767/118
⇒ z= 6.5
The answer is B.6.5
