An equation is an equality, so the equation is 11=2x+3.
So the correct answer is (4) Kayla

Kayla wrote an equation.
William wrote an inequality.
They both have solutions.
Kayla's solution is x=4 .
William's solution is x > -2.5 .
Brandon and Alice wrote expressions.
Those are just numbers, that depend on the value of 'x'.
