Develop the ideas of what you think would make the whole school happy for everyone:
- what students, teachers, other staff would like or think that lacks in the school;
- practical suggestions, such as respecting the rules and all people, help in cleaning, better food and so on;
- emotional conditioning: no bullying, aid of psychological consulting, questionnaires to gather students' opinion on their school or teachers.
