Current = C / seconds.
1 hour = 3600 seconds
15 minutes = 900 seconds
1 hour 15 minutes = 4500 seconds
90 C / 4500 sec = 0.02 amperes = 20 milliamperes

We calculate current from the formula:
, where q is a electric charge transferred over time t
Time should be converted to seconds:
1h 15 min= 75min= 4500s

Result is in unit-Ampere
