Fitness can only be achieved through proper exercise which is maintained over a longer period of time. People who are physically active over a longer time period are able to achieve fitness faster and their fitness levels become greater than those who do this occasionally.

Exercise it helps to reduce calories .
eat healthy food helps u to stay fit.
but active .
eat sprouts everyday in the morning .
drink plenty of water.
u can be fit.
