If you would like to know how many commercials will be shown during the show, you can calculate this using the following step:
8 minutes / 0.25 minutes = 8 / 0.25 = 32 commercials
The correct result would be
32 commercials
.

Half hour means 30 minutes.
Since their are 8 minutes of commercials and 0.25 minutes long.
Divide
8/0.25 = 32
Their will be 32 commercials that will be shown during the show.
