True? i'm not sure what you are asking for here but that is correct. opposite electric charges attract each other

There are two forces between any two charges
or charged objects.
Each one exerts a force on the other one, and
the forces are equal.
If the charges are the same sign, the the forces push.
If the charges are different signs, then the forces pull.
