$2n+2n+2+2n+4=36\\ 6n=30\\ n=5\\\\ 2n=2\cdot5=10\\ 2n+2=2\cdot5+2=12\\ 2n+4=2\cdot5+4=14\\$

Look at 36/3 = 12.
So let's try 12 along with the one before it and the one after it.

10 + 12 + 14 = 36
