The answer is 76.
2 times 5 is 10. There are two sides so 10 times 2 is 20.
4 times 5 is 20. There are two sides so 20 times 2 is 40.
4 times 2 is 8. There are two sides so 8 times 2 is 16.
20+40+16 is 76.
