so first you multiply 9*8=72
and then you find how much is 15 min of an hour which is 1/4
and 1/4 of a dollar is 25 cents so you would get payed $72.25

First of all, 15 minutes is 1/4 of an hour. So 8:15 is 8.25 hours.
(8.25 hours/day) x ( 9 $/hour) x (5 days) = $371.25
