you should just add -2/3 x on both sides so thats gonna be y = -2/3 x + 4 :D

If you would like to know what is the standard form of the equation 2/3 * x + y = 4:
2/3 * x + y = 4 is already in the standard form.
The correct result would be 2/3 * x + y = 4.
