♥ Metals can be solids, think about it this way, can you stick your hand through a metal container or bucket? No, because its solid.
♥ Metals can be gas in a form of sodium vapor.
♥ And liquid in Gold :)

Metals can most definitely be solids- this can be in the form of a metal ring, or the outside of car.
Metals can also be a liquid- this will be in the form of liquid gold, before it is made into what it is becoming.
Metals can also be a gas- and this is most commonly in the form of sodium vapour.
Therefore, the answer is yes to all three
Hope this helps :)
