The first job pays $880 per week. The second job pays $790 per week plus 12% commission on sales. How much will he have to sell in order for the second job to pay as much as the first job?

The first job pays 880 dollars per week.
the second job pays 790 dollars per week + 12% commission on sales.
Now, how much will he need to sell to be able to get the amount as much as the first job offers.
=> 750 * .12 = 90
=> 790 + 90 = 880
Thus, he needs to have a sale of 750 dollars so he can get 90 dollars commission + his 790 dollars salary to be able to get as much as the first job salary.
