According to Newton's Second Law of Motion, the net force F that acts on an object with mass m that accelerates at a rate a is:

F=ma

Substitute m=30.0kg and a=7.0m/s^2 to find the net force on the bike:

\begin{gathered} F=(30.0\operatorname{kg})(7.0(m)/(s^2)) \\ =210N \end{gathered}

Then, the net force applied to the bike, is 210 N.
