Turn 4/5 into a decimal (4 ÷ 5), which is 0.8.

If you round that to the nearest 10, it would be 0.

The next larger ten is 10 .
The next smaller ten is zero.

4/5 is much closer to zero than it is to 10.

So the nearest ten is zero.
