9 + ( 2 / 5 )*h = h =>45 + 2h = 5h => 45 = 3h => h = 45 / 3 => h = 15 metres.

If 2/5 of the tree is above the building, the other 3/5 must be down next to the building.
3/5(tree) = 9m
Multiply each side by 5/3 :
tree = (5/3) (9) =
15 meters
