The re-export trade is an agreement that several countries make to temporarily acquire products without customs taxes,

Great Britain was a country which in the nineteenth century had great demand for the increase of food products they had a monopoly on the transport revolution and the railroad was created, at that time Great Britain was not interested in making agreements with other countries in the nineteenth century because their economy was the best and they did not think they had advantages with this agreement.
