A plant - they make their own food through photosynthesis but also excrete oxygen through cellular respiration.

Answer: Green plants

Explanation: Photosynthesis is a process in which the sun's energy is "taken in" by the help of which, together with chlorophyll found in green plants and carbon dioxide, produces the oxygen needed for the environment. Cells, on the other hand, receive the energy they need because the process transforms sugar from glucose, which is an energy carrier, and uses oxygen in the process.

Both processes can be observed in green plants because, for example, animals cannot perform photosynthesis. In addition to green plants, some bacteria can also perform photosynthesis but cannot perform cellular respiratory function. So green plants do both processes.
