Yes, because if you convert 2/3 to 10/15 and 1/5 to 3/15, you can see the difference:
10/15 > 3/15

♥When you divide the numerator by the denominator you get
0.66666666666
and that is greater then 1/5 divided,
0.2.
♥Therefore yes.
