Melting point:63.38° C or 146 .08° F Boiling point:759°C or 1398° F Malleability: High Ductility: High Reactivity with water: It reacts violently with water and gives off hydrogen gas Reactivity: It reacts readily with all acids and with all non metals. Flammability: Easily ignited by gentle heating and will burn vigorously with a characteristic flame of lilac color.
