What are the powers and responsibilities of the top management of a corporation?

A. They manage the day-to-day operations of the corporation.
B. They represent the corporation to the state and federal governments.
C. They are the members of the board of directors.
D. They have no real power or authority because the board of directors runs the corporation.

Definitely not B, D seems wrong aswell.

The national government has delegated powers. These powers are created by the Constitution. The three types of delegated powers are expressed, implied, and inherent.

Depending somewhat on the organization in question, the powers and responsibilities of the top management of a corporation are to "manage the day-to-day operations of the corporation," although they also are used to report to government agencies occasionally.
