hello

The answer to your question is option A

first of all, we have two different units of measurement so we need to resolve them in order to avoid conflict in our answer

we have two diameter here

outer diameter = 7/8 inch = 0.875in

inner diameter = 3/4 inch = 0.75in

1 inch = 0.083ft

0.75in = 0.062ft

the inner diameter = 0.062ft

volume of a cylinder =

\begin{gathered} v=\pi r^2h \\ v=\text{volume} \\ r=\text{radius} \\ h=\text{height} \end{gathered}
\begin{gathered} r=\frac{\text{diameter}}{2} \\ r=(0.062)/(2) \\ r=0.031ft \end{gathered}
\begin{gathered} v=\pi r^2h \\ v=(22)/(7)*(0.031)^2*12 \\ v=0.036ft^3 \end{gathered}

the tubing can hold at least 0.036ft^3 which is close to option A
