Stop 1 : -

15 + 5 = 20

20 - 2 = 18

So, on the first stop 18 passengers were left on the bus going to the next stop.

Stop 2 : -

18 + 3 = 21

21 - 15 = 6

So, 6 passengers get off at the 2nd stop.
