Let's do it step by step. In the first step eliminate the two parenthesis, for which you need to use the rule of multiplication of signs: the multiplication of two equal signs leads to positive sign, the multiplication of two different signs leads to negative sign. So -(-8) = +8 and -(-14) = +14. and 19 -(-8) - (-14) - 19 + 8 + 14 = 41. The answer is the option C. 41.
