Lunch per week times weeks total
11.25×35.5=399.375
rounded to the nearest penny is the same as the hundredths place which is $399.38 since the next decimal place is 5 or more

First, you multiply. You get $399.375. when you round it to the nearest penny, look behind the decimal, see if it's going down to 0, or going higher than 5, then round. the overall answer is going to be..............$399 and 40 cents.
