9x + y = 18
9x - 9x + y = -9x + 18
y = -9x + 18
y - 18 = -9x + 18 - 18
y - 18 = 9x + 0
y - 18 = 9(x) + 9(0)
y - 18 = 9(x + 0)
or
y = -9x + 18
y + 0 = -9(x) + 9(2)
y + 0 = -9(x - 2)
