y= (1)/(3)x^2+2x-3\\ \\x=-9 \Rightarrow y=(1)/(3) \cdot (-9)^2+2 \cdot (-9)-3=(1)/(3) \cdot 81-18-3=27-21=6 \\ \\x=-6 \Rightarrow y=(1)/(3) \cdot (-6)^2+2 \cdot (-6)-3=(1)/(3) \cdot 36-12-3=12-15=-3\\ \\x=-3 \Rightarrow y=(1)/(3) \cdot (-3)^2+2 \cdot (-3)-3=(1)/(3) \cdot 9-6-3=9-9=0

x=0\Rightarrow y=(1)/(3) \cdot (0)^2+2 \cdot (0)-3=(1)/(3) \cdot 0-0-3=0-3=-3\\\\x=3\Rightarrow y=(1)/(3) \cdot 3 ^2+2 \cdot 3-3=(1)/(3) \cdot 9+6-3=3+3=6
