Points F and G lie on the graph of the equation y = −0.25x.

What are the y-coordinates for each point?

All we need to do is apply these points into the function themselves.

For point F, y = -0.25(4) = -1
For point G, y = -0.25(-8) = 0.25(8) = 2

Point F's y-coord is -1 and Point G's y-coord is 2.
