What does the Wedding Guest do after hearing the Mariner’s story in Samuel Taylor Coleridge’s “The Rime of the Ancient Mariner”?

The answer would be B) because the Wedding Guest’s reaction to the Mariner’s story is different from the Mariner’s own actions throughout the poem, but both are changed by events that happened to the Mariner.

The correct answer is B) He leaves the wedding party, stunned by the tale he hears. As it happened, the wedding man actually went home in the end, instead of going to the wedding. Although the story did make him unhappy, he was satisfied to have become wiser, that is why the last line describes him as a sadder and a wiser man.
