Myocardial Infarction, aka a heart attack. Coronary artery athersclerosis preventing blood flow also deprives the myocardium of oxygen, which begins to infarct thr myocardial tissue. Chest angina is also one of the most common signs of an MI, and should always be ruled out if described.
