It is a simple problem that can be easily done with the information's provided.In this question it is already given that the mass of the object is 3.00 kg and the energy it has is 300 Joules. Now putting these information's in the equation for finding the height, we can easily find the height of the object.
Gravity = 9.8 m/s^2
Energy = Mass * Height * gravity
Height = Energy/(Mass * gravity)
= 300/(3 * 9.8)
= 300/29.4
= 10.20 m
So the height of the object is 10.20 meters.
