Behaviorism is a popular view in psychology concerning behavior and responses is said to be shaped by one's environment.
One component of behaviorism is social learning theory which suggests that "behavior changes as a result of observing people in various situations".

There are other two views:
1. Classical conditioning
2. Operant conditioning
