Being cognitively impaired indeed reduces our ability to receive information from our senses, but not only that and more importantly, being cognitively impaired reduces our ability of processing and working with information that we have in our minds. A way to help with cognitive impairment is to be cognitively active on a regular basis together with eating a healthy diet and moving enough.
