Hello!

Explanation:

Slope:
(Y^2-Y^1)/(X^2-X^1)=(rise)/(run)

(3-1=2)/(8-3=5)=(2)/(5)

Therefore, the slope is 2/5

Answer is 2/5

Hope this helps!

Thanks!

Have a great day!

:)
