In this question as we can see, there are several options given. To get to the correct option we have to first understand the relation between Km and dam. Firstly we must know what is dam? dam is actually decameter in short form and it is also sometimes represented as dkm.
Now
1 km = 1000 dam
Then
29.2 km = (1000 * 29.2) dam
= 2900 dam
So we can easily get the correct option from all the options that have been given in the question. 2920 or the first option is the correct option.
