95 = 95% =
(unknown)/(95)
60% =
(60)/(100)

(60)/(100) = (3)/(5)
You get
(3)/(5) by dividing the numerator and denominator of
(60)/(100) both by 12.
Next

(unknown)/(95) ÷
(3)/(5) =
(57)/(95) ÷
(3)/(5)
You get
(57)/(95) because you know that the denominator, 5, gets to 95 by multiplying it by 19. You multiply the numerator, 3, by 19 to get 57.

57 pounds of water
