Answer=C
4(3x^2+6x)
can be simplified to...
12x^2+24x
To find out which expression isn't equivalent, you have to simplify them...
a=12x^x+24x
b=2x(6x+12)
b=12x^2+24x
c=6x(2x^2+4x)
c=12x^3+24x
