Here is the question: When Perry gets a rash on his feet, the medic tells him to take care of them so he won’t get a medical profile. How is the medic’s statement ironic?

The medic is a person who treat others of their illnesses. But what's ironic is that he asked Perry to take care of his rash which is contradictory as the medic is supposed to treat him.
