2/5 Q + 1/3 Q = 22

Multiply each side by 5 :

2Q + 5/3 Q = 110

Multiply each side by 3 :

6Q + 5Q = 330

Add the like terms on the left side:

11Q = 330

Divide each side by 11 :

Q = 30 .
