This is a very easy question. All required information's are already present in the question. It only needs step by step procedure to ultimately find the value of n. Now let us look into the given equation.
-8n + 4(1 + 5n) = -6n -14
-8n + 4 + 20n = -6n - 14
12n + 4 = -6n -14
12n + 6n = -14 - 4
18n = -18
n = - 18/18
= -1
So the value of n in the given equation is -1.
