A)
1/5x + 10 = 2(1/10x+20) = no solution

B)
1/4x - 2 = -1/2(4-1/2x) = infinite solutions

C)
1/3x + 12 =5(1/3x +12) = x = -36

D)
1/2x - 6= - 1/5(30 -10x) = x = 0

\fbox {B)} has infinite solutions, which is your answer.
