A country engaged in brinkmanship would have great advantage but also carries the danger of pushing is nation into its edge. Brinkmanship is when policies are being tighten to achieve advantage over the rising conflicts. Brinkmanship is dangerous since when implementation of policies goes beyond the limit then it will cause more conflict within.
