The correct answer is option b) "Protestants". During the 1910s and 1920s the Ku Klux Klan was a prominent group of hatred, especially strong in Ohio. Since most of the members of the Ku Klux Klan were white Protestant middle-class, protestants was not a targeted group for this group.
