It would have to be 14,940 since 8.3 minutes is 498 seconds and you go 30 m/s so 30 * 498 = 14,940 m/8.3 minutes.

14,940 meters
8.3 minutes= 498 seconds
3.00x10=30 m/sec
498x30=14,940
