$43×(1+.06)= $45.58 which doesn't need to be rounded

If you would like to know how much did the shirt cost after 6% tax, you can calculate this using the following steps:
6% of $43 = 6/100 * 43 = $2.58
$43 + $2.58 = $45.58
The correct result would be
$45.58
.
