Your answer is yes, it is greater.
Dividing 8 into 7 Would get you 0.875 and 0.875 is greater than 0.825.

To find the decimal equivalent of the fraction, divide the top number by the bottom one.
7/8 = 0.875
That's bigger than 0.825 .
