In the modern society, division of labor is the specialization of cooperating individuals who do specific tasks and roles. Throughout history, it is said that an increasingly complex division of labor can be associated with the growth of total output and trade, the rise of capitalism and the complexity of industrialized process. In the modern times, division of labor is involved in management and organization. In a global sense, people are concerned about what division of labor would be most ideal, beautiful, efficient and just.
