Assuming the pilcrow is supposed to represent pi:

((2)/(sec((\pi)/(3)))*(\lim_(x \to 0) x^3+8x+10)^2)/( \lim_(\theta \to 0) (sine(\theta))/(\theta))\\((2)/((1)/(cosine((\pi)/(3))))*((0)^3+8(0)+10)^2)/((sine((0)))/((0)))\\((2)/((1)/((1)/(2)))*(0+0+10)^2)/((0)/(0))\\((2)/(2)*(10)^2)/( \lim_(\theta \to 0) (cosine(\theta))/(1))\\(100)/(cosine((0)))\\(100)/(1)\\100
