These components that are found in both eukaryotes and prokaryotes are; DNA, cell membrane, cytoplasm, and ribosomes.

Explanations;
Prokaryotes cells are unicellular cells that lacks membrane bound nucleus, mitochondria or any other membrane- bound organelles. Eukaryotes cells on the other hand contains membrane bound organelles, including the nucleus. They may be multicellular or unicellular cells.
Despite the differences, the prokaryotic and eukaryotic cells share some similarities; which includes the presence of vesicles and vacuoles, cytoplasm, ribosomes, DNA material and the cell membrane in both cells.
